The Most Debated Question on the date in Indian Political Scenario is whether the Prime Minister and other of his colleagues should be under the purview of the Anti Corruption Machinery of Lokpal? Whether the Higher Judiciary should be covered under the same? The same is being discussed and criticized in the Public Also..  Yeh Publik hai bhai....  They Ask Kya Chupana Hai... ? Corrupt ho kya ... Jo Lokpal Se Bachna Chahte Ho....??? But is it that simple to decide whether the Lokpal Should have jurisdiction over the Prime Ministers office? For this we should know who will be a Lokpal? Lokpal will be a constitutional machinery which will have power to receive complaints of corruption against those covered under the same. It may have power to investigate or interrogate the concerned and others for coming to conclusion It may have power to order enquiry against the official found corrupt and may have powers to recommend the investigations again...
