I was going through an article on Democracy and its functioning, and there i found a claim that - "India is largest Democracy" of world in terms of the Population. I thought of comparing the same with USA which is oldest Democracy of the World. Many people are surprised that how Democracy can function in India in wake of the poverty, illiteracy, Caste, region and religious Divide... so is this democracy functioning "RAM BHAROSE"? Then i thought that is this democracy really democratic? or it is just that the tiger is running in the veil of a cow? I tried to study it from the angle of the kind of political parties and found that the Killer of Democracy in India Lies there. The system or the constitutions of the Political parties have the key dictator in them. The Constitution of India becomes helpless against the Party constitutions in indian Democracy. We all were disturbed by the pictures running for over 60 Hours on the news Channel. The news was the Attack on the Financial Capital of India. The number of Terrorist said to be between 1-12 as per the government statement. The number of People Dead 195 approx in which 22 Foreigners died and around 325 people injured. Lincoln (Nebraska): A judge has thrown out a Nebraska legislator’s lawsuit against god, saying the Almighty wasn’t properly served due to his unlisted home address. State senator Ernie Chambers filed the lawsuit last year seeking a permanent injunction against god. He said god has made terroristic threats against the senator and his constituents in Omaha, inspired fear and caused “widespread death, destruction and terrorization of millions upon millions of the Earth’s inhabitants”. Chambers has said he filed the lawsuit to make the point that everyone should have access to the courts regardless of whether they are rich or poor. Me and my friends had organized Flood Relief Collection Camp in Ahmedabad from 1-7 Sep and for that we had approached Janpath and Shri Punjabi Seva Samaj Ahmedabad to help us in this effort. Punjabi Seva Samaj was kind enough to allow to use its hall which is in the heart of the City and Janpath provided us all the Logistics support that we needed for helping our brothers and sisters in Bihar We had sent on 3rd SEP some 1.5 Tonnes of the flood relief material by Rail and another 15Tonnes of the flood relief material by Truck on 9th of SEP. We acknowledge support of the hundereds of people who donated the food, clothes, utensils, medicines and money to make this a success. success would mean we could help the best possible way we could. HEY DID YOU KNOW THAT JUST YESTERDAY THE INDIAN YOUNG BRIGADE OF MEN IN BLUE DID US PROUD? Yes this is a moment for the indian cricket team that it is the first series win in Srilanka in a Bilateral Series. Where the oldies didnt live upto our expectations the young brigade did their best for us to be proud of our cricket. The series is won with 3-1 with one match to go.. but please dont loose it in the over confidence since it is also a victory that will improve the statistics. The voices of Azadi in Kashmir are being raised by the separatists. i believe that the government has failed to exercise its role properly. The Government has failed in two months to handle the issue and therefore this situation has arisen. The Government have failed to excercise control on the forces who are having no democratic standing in the state of J&K. The separatists have not taken part in the election process of the kashmir where people vote for a government and therefore they should have no say. and their voices on street should not be given any ear to be heard. they should be asked to face the electrol and then allowed to raise such voices in a democratic way. Without any public representation they cannot claim the right to protest for the people of kashmir. But now the failure of the government in acting on time may lead to situation of embarassment for the government and people of india. WAKE UP OR WE WILL LOOSE OUR CROWN

i don't know where the marriages are made.. but for India medals are made in heaven. First Gold Medal for Abhinav bindra and now Bronze for Sushil kumar, have made the country proud. I don't say that they are by fluke (Giving full credit to athletes) .. but i do say that looking at the tally of the first 10 we should feel ashamed. Many hopes and few results from the unexpected arenas. some shocks from the expectations make us beleieve that we are depending more on fate. India is land where KARMA YOG was preached by the god himself and we are not counting on the karma yoga and are more dependent on fate - KISMAT. Let us now do better efforts in the sports field. The government should make more efforts in providing best trainning and trainning environment to the athletes so that the medals dont come as a shock to us ... and we can show that we deserve what we are getting. Our neighbour has made sure to interfere in our business every time it gets an opportunity. The resolutions passed in the Pakistan National and State Assemblies regarding the current situation in J&K is one more such attempt. They See human rights violation in J&K and what they are doing in Baluchistan is their internal matter. The Pakistan have always funded the terrorism and separatist movements in J&K. This India has been alleging since long but the old Time friend of PAkistan i.e. USA Has also felt the same now. The separatists have been shouting pro pakistan slogans in the kashmir valley and have been showing the Pakistani Flags on the road, shows that they are insulting our national Honor - our National Flag. but the central government is not interested in prosecuting them for doing so. Jammu and Kashmir - Two Cultures and one state. The Amarnath Shrine Board issue has been utilised by the Politicians to the maximum. The state is torn apart by the politicians and the violence caused by the issue so much close to the religions. The question of India being a Secular State is now in dark clouds. as i see nothing secular in the way the issue is being handled. If it is Gujarat the issue is handled in different manner than the Kashmir. i dont justify what happened in Gujarat and i believe that the Politicians should not also justify the Amarnath Issue. This was no where a religious issue as it is being made now. And the Government and the politicians are all using this situation to take the benefit. But will Polarising the state of J&K help the situation of the state already in mess?

This new law have worked wonders. recently the law completed 3 years of enactment June 15 2005 was the date it was enacted and have come after a long period of struggle of the people at large. This law has promised following things 1. fight against currouption 2. Securing other fundamental rights 3. making the government and its functionalities transperant and accountable 4. Encouraging the Peoples participation in the governance This law has worked wonders and have many success stories to be talked about. and this is the only law that gives people the power to enquire into issues and ask questions which only our parliamentarians and legislators had power to ask!

India has not performed well in olympics except in few sports.. i dont know that why has it been so when we have such huge population and such rich culture and very nice athletes and sports men performing in the world of sports. Political involvement in selection process can be one of the reason. and this is clear after our hockey team could not qualify for the olympics. and that too after the selection process was exposed after a sting operation. 26.07.2008 Terror strikes Ahmedabad... Rather Terrorist Stike Ahmedabad. Serial Blasts took place in Ahmedabad and these 17 Blasts in all killed more than 45 people and left hundreds lamenting with injury and loss of their loved ones. The day we saw the Wads of notes on the table of the Parliament, claims were made that the same is recorded by one of the leading news channel of india and the tape would be placed before the speaker for the examination and taking action! One day later the leader of opposition states that he is surprised that the tape has not reached the speaker and the tv channel has also not telecasted the sting. Was tape even there? and why the leader of opposition not naming the TV Channel which covered the sting? May be because he fears the denials from the TV Channel which he may name! Was it a stunt in the parliamant? if so it was not at all good for the health of our democracy. Lets see what turns out? is it the TV Channel which defused the sting? or was it never recorded? i hope this thing never happened and that the leaders will apologise for their stunt in the parliament! MAY the DEMOCRACY Surrvive in this Country!

Yesterday we all saw what happened in the Parliament. To summarise, this was trust vote which was a perfect example of breach of trust. Was nice hearing some good speakers and was frustating seeing the wads of the 1000 Rs. notes on the Table of the parliament. What was out o the doors of the parliament and was only discussed within, was before the parliament to consider. As i said in my earlier post that there is lot more nudity now, was proved right. The MP's became the Horses who can be Traded in the 'Mandi'. The price was so low! (One Crore) I believe we should along with votes give 100Rs. Notes to all the MP's in our constituiency as this will keep them satisfied and they will not sell off their ideology for such meagre sum. Mr. MP Calculate the number of voters in your constitueiency and multiply it with 100. this will be price(Prize) for you to be honest. We all can afford Rs. 100 right. and this will be another tax once in five years. and will ensure the honesty

Tomorrow is 22nd of July 2008, the Manmohan Singh Government is going for trust vote! but what we have seen is even worst, this is "Jugad ki Rajniti", enemy one day are friends today and the friends one day are bitter enemies. The Samajwadis who were once insulted by the Congress (Gandhis) are now their best friends and the Babubhai Katharia (*BJP MP From Gujarat) who was removed from the party for his "Kabutarbazi" is now back in the party. the BJP at that time showed that they care about the reputation of their party and therefore they have removed him... but now the reputation of least importance and the bringing down of government is more important. Even the MP's who are in Jails for henious crimes are in demand and Mr. Shibu Soren who was removed from Cabinet ofUPA is now back with a Bang and have reportedly given list of 13 Demands to suppourt the Government.
